Molecule Ventures

Molecule Ventures is a Portfolio Management Services company registered under Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The primary objective of the fund is to achieve capital appreciation through medium to long term investments in quality companies with strong growth prospects, mostly in the Mid and Small Cap.

We aim to benefit by investing in companies with strong growth opportunities and quality management. At the same time, absolute focus is on risk mitigation by avoiding valuation and balance sheet risks.

Founders

Nirav Parikh

Co-Founder / Principal Officer

Nirav Parikh has a rich investing experience of close to 2 decades in Small and Mid-size companies. He has in past worked with Reliance Equities and Alchemy Capital covering various sectors. He holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and is a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also CFA Charter holder (US) and FRM.

Mitin Jain

Co-Founder

Mitin Jain has close to two decades of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Listed Investing. His core area of focus is to enable small and mid-size companies create value, by providing capital in form of funds and knowledge sharing. He is the Founder and Managing Director of India SME Investments, an early growth PE fund (AIF Cat 2); India SME focuses on investing in small/mid-market fast growing companies, catering directly/indirectly to Indian consumption space. In his earlier role, he was Director and Founding team member at BanyanTree, PE fund with an AUM of USD 250 mn. In all, he led more than 20 transactions across various sectors.
